Job Summary
- Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements service agreements API integration agreements marketing agreements and NDAs.
- Support operator/vendor onboarding from a legal and documentation perspective.
- Assist in maintaining and updating platform legal documents such as Terms & Conditions
- Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation policies.
- Provide legal support to internal teams including Business Marketing Product Finance
- and Operations.
- Draft replies to legal notices and assist in handling consumer or vendor disputes.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and other legal proceedings when required.
- Maintain contract trackers legal documentation records and dispute trackers.
- Assist in reviewing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for legal compliance.
Qualifications :
LL.B. from a recognized university
12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial legal work
Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team (preferably tech / e-commerce / platform
companies)
Strong contract drafting and analytical skills
Good understanding of contract law and commercial transactions
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
