Job Summary

Air Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose CA. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Team Member to provide customer service proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of BAS. This non-exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work.
  • Tracks outstanding proposals.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals.
  • Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system.
  • Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes.
  • Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals.
  • Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes.
  • Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals.
  • Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed.
  • Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
  • Proficient on MS Office Teams Coins Salesforce
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail a priority
  • Be able to multi-task

Competitive Salary

$31-$36 per hour based on experience.
