Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales Assistant to join our team and help drive sales efforts across our diverse product this dynamic role you will work closely with both the sales team and customers to ensure that our product offerings meet client needs and expectations. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional support in sales transactions assisting with order processing maintaining inventory levels and cultivating strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Prepare product documentation and marketing materials for sales presentations
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
