Job Duties:

• Coordinates and supports simulation activities across multiple GHS simulation sites.

• Collaborates with faculty to design implement and refine simulation scenarios aligned with educational objectives.

• Manages daily lab operations including setup teardown equipment maintenance and inventory control.

• Maintains clean safe and organized simulation environments at all locations.

• Provides technical support for simulation and multimedia equipment including troubleshooting maintenance and upgrades.

• Develops realistic simulation scenarios using props role-play and scripted dialogue.

• Serves as the primary liaison with vendors; coordinate equipment servicing and procurement.

• Delivers training and professional development for faculty and staff on simulation best practices and technologies.

• Participates in local state and national simulation networks and professional organizations.

• Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding simulation services and capabilities.

• Researches and recommends emerging technologies tools and instructional materials to enhance simulation-based learning.
