Trustpair is searching for an Implementation Manager to join our growing NYC team. Working with our clients in North America you will directly impact how quickly and reliably our customers go live with Trustpair how confidently they use our integrations and how smoothly teams collaborate around technical topics.
You will drive the delivery and long-term reliability of customer integrations. Leading complex implementations youll serve as a technical reference for challenging situations and work across teams to ensure integrations are deployed adopted and supported with excellence.
Location: NYC or East Coast based.
Compensation: $120-180k OTE based on profile and experience
Integration Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer integrations (SAP native connectors and APIs) from technical kickoff to go-live.
Validate our customers technical prerequisites and define clear scopes timelines and responsibilities aligned with signed contracts.
Run technical workshops and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth predictable and high-quality deployments.
Frameworks & Documentation
Build and evolve scalable integration frameworks and playbooks that enable consistent repeatable deployments across customers and regions.
Define and maintain clear technical prerequisites deployment documentation and customer-facing QA/testing plans for our connectors.
Track deployment progress risks and connector versions using dedicated tools and dashboards to provide visibility and reliability.
Usage & Customer Experience
Partner with Product and Customer Success to align on integration usage goals and success criteria.
Support activation and adoption of key and advanced connector features to ensure integrations deliver real customer value.
Collect structured customer feedback after go-live and turn insights into concrete improvements for teams and products.
Technical Support
Act as the go-to expert on Trustpairs product and integrations handling complex functional questions and technical issues through deep root-cause analysis and close collaboration with Engineering via Jira.
Own complex customer tickets end to end ensuring timely responses clear communication and consistent delivery against our Service Level Agreements.
Serve as a key bridge between customers non-technical teams and Product/Engineering translating real-world issues into clear actionable technical insights.

8 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role such as Integration Manager Implementation Manager Technical Onboarding Manager or Solutions Consultant.
Proven experience delivering complex customer integrations involving APIs native connectors or file-based data exchanges.
Ability to own and continuously improve project management and delivery tools to ensure efficient on-time and high-quality implementations.
You can create maintain and evolve clear documentation playbooks and process frameworks to standardize and scale implementation practices.
Experience in proactively identifying issues and risks performing root-cause analysis and driving effective long-term solutions across implementations.
You thrive working cross-functionally to align stakeholders communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences to influence outcomes & drive successful delivery.
You leverage technical understanding to engage confidently with clients translate complex concepts into clear guidance and act as a trusted implementation partner.
Prior experience in a similar field such as Treasury Procurement Payment etc.
Past exposure to implementations with SAP (FICO) Oracle etc.
