3 years of experience in agency recruiting
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter HireEZ etc.
A detective mindsetyou enjoy uncovering and engaging top talent
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and manage priorities
