Requirements
Candidate Requirements: To join our consistent-work pool you must meet the following:
Nursery Specialist: At least 3 months of paid experience in a UK Private Day Nursery (Ages 0-5).
Professional Attitude: A proactive "carpet-level" approach to the nursery day including supporting all aspects of personal care and developmental play.
Compliance Ready: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required for immediate work.
Clear Communication: Fluent English to model language and support EYFS learning outcomes for children.

The Hourly Rates (Weekly Pay):
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: 14.00 per hour
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner: 13.00 per hour
Early Years Assistant (Experience Required): 12.25 per hour
