• 33 hours per week 3 shifts per week includuing weekend working
• Shifts: 8am – 8pm

As a Senior Care Practitioner you’ll be a driving force on our care team—supporting residents guiding colleagues and ensuring exceptional personcentred care every day.

As a Senior Care Practitioner working days your responsibilities may include:

• Lead and support the care team to deliver consistently highquality personcentred care.
• Oversee safe and accurate medication administration stock control and documentation.
• Provide guidance mentoring and handson support to colleagues throughout the shift.
• Maintain excellent standards in care records safeguarding and the overall home environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents families and external professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Act as a calm confident senior presence using sound judgement to manage busy periods or challenges.

What we are looking for:

• Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a residential or nursing home setting.
• Proven ability to manage administer and record medications safely and confidently.
• A compassionate residentfocused approach and the ability to set a positive example for others.
• Confident communicator with good digital and administrative skills.
• Someone who remains calm supportive and solutionsfocused under pressure.
• Flexible reliable and committed to maintaining high care standards and great teamwork.
