Job Description: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Consultation Lengths:
Standard: 20 minutes
Flexibility: 15 minutes if required
Patient Load:
20 patients in the morning
20 patients in the afternoon
1 catch-up slot (20 minutes) in the morning
1 catch-up slot (20 minutes) in the afternoon
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive healthcare services for patients aged 2 years and above.
Conduct advanced clinical assessments diagnoses and treatments.
Manage acute and chronic conditions ensuring evidence-based practice.
Prescribe medications as appropriate adhering to clinical guidelines.
Deliver high-quality care in alignment with ANP duties and responsibilities.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EMIS Web.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Provide patient education health promotion and advice tailored to individual needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Prescribing qualification and experience.
Proficiency in EMIS Web system.
Strong organizational skills to manage a busy schedule.
Exceptional communication skills for working with patients families and healthcare teams.
Work Environment:
Structured 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with dedicated catch-up slots for administrative or clinical adjustments.
Supportive and collaborative practice environment focused on delivering patient-centered care.
