Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HC Systems Specialist to manage optimize and support our Human Capital Information System (HCIS) and related digital platforms. This intermediate-level role is critical in ensuring data integrity system efficiency and an enhanced employee experience through effective use of Human Capital technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with Human Capital IT and business stakeholders to configure system functionality streamline processes and provide expert user support. A strong focus of the role is leading and supporting system-related change initiatives ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and enhancements across the organization.
System Administration and Configuration:
- Configure and maintain HCIS modules workflows and approval structures.
- Manage system security roles and user access.
- Support implementation and configuration of new Human Capital technologies.
- Customize employee and manager self-service portals.
- Maintain modules including LMS performance management and onboarding.
Data Management and Integrity:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support data migration and validation during system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data quality and governance standards.
User Support and Enablement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HCIS-related queries.
- Deliver system training user guides and support sessions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalations where required.
- Collect user feedback and recommend system improvements.
Process Support and Optimization:
- Support automation of core HC processes (onboarding offboarding job changes).
- Conduct process mapping to identify digital optimization opportunities.
- Support standardization and harmonization of HC workflows.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Produce accurate standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Support HC analytics through data extraction and validation.
- Ensure data readiness for informed business decision-making.
Collaboration and Change Management:
- Partner with IT on system integrations upgrades and security.
- Collaborate with HC Business Partners to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Lead and support change management activities for HC system enhancements.
- Develop and execute communication training and adoption plans.
- Monitor system adoption and continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
- 57 years experience in HCIS administration or HC systems support.
- Minimum of 5 years experience using Sage and other Human Capital systems.
- Proven experience in system implementations and change management initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Human Capital Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Sage and experience with systems such as Flowcentric Neptune Moodle Qlik Sense MIE and Uniflow.
- Strong understanding of HC processes including payroll interfaces talent and learning management.
- HCIS configuration workflow automation and system optimization expertise.
- Data auditing validation and integrity management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability using BI tools (e.g. Qlik Sense).
- Knowledge of system security access management and digital compliance.
