We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in Saudi Arabia by providing technical expertise solution design and customer engagement across cybersecurity offerings. The role requires strong technical knowledge customer-facing skills and an understanding of the Saudi cybersecurity and regulatory landscape.
Work closely with the sales team to support opportunities from lead qualification through deal closure
Engage with customers to understand business requirements security challenges and compliance needs
Conduct technical presentations solution workshops and product demonstrations
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with high-quality technical proposals and solution architectures
Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements and best practices
Map customer needs to appropriate security technologies (e.g. network security endpoint IAM SOC cloud security)
Develop architecture diagrams BOMs and technical documentation
Ensure solutions align with Saudi regulatory requirements (e.g. NCA SAMA CST)
Act as a trusted security advisor to customers
Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends threats and technologies
Provide technical input for pricing licensing and solution positioning
Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical validations
Coordinate with vendors channel partners and internal delivery teams
Provide feedback to product and management teams on market needs
Support internal sales enablement and knowledge sharing
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:
Network & Perimeter Security (Firewalls IPS VPN)
Endpoint & EDR/XDR
SIEM & SOC solutions
Cloud Security (AWS Azure GCP)
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Vulnerability Management & GRC
Experience with leading cybersecurity vendors (e.g. Palo Alto Fortinet Cisco Microsoft Splunk CrowdStrike Check Point Fortra etc.)
38 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 23 years in a pre-sales or customer-facing role
Experience working with enterprise government or regulated sectors in Saudi Arabia
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field
Relevant certifications are a plus:
CISSP CISM CEH
Vendor certifications (Palo Alto Fortinet Microsoft AWS etc.)
Arabic: Native Arabic Speaker is a must
English: Fluent (written and spoken)
Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia
