Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the principals complex and ever-changing calendar scheduling appointments meetings and reminders to optimize time and efficiency.
Screen prioritize and manage all incoming communications including emails and calls responding or redirecting as appropriate with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Draft proofread and format a wide range of documents including correspondence reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Prepare and organize materials and briefing notes for meetings ensuring the principal is fully prepared for all engagements.
Personal & Lifestyle Management
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison managing personal appointments and coordinating with household staff to ensure the smooth running of the principals private life.
Handle personal errands and special requests with efficiency and discretion.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all personal financial and family matters.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel including flights accommodations visas and detailed itineraries.
Provide on-the-ground support during travel ensuring all arrangements are seamless and any issues are resolved proactively.
Be prepared to travel with the principal as required often at short notice.
Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between the principal and internal/external stakeholders including business partners clients and family members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts representing the principal professionally and positively.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar support role. Experience supporting UHNW individuals or C-level executives is highly advantageous.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
A high degree of emotional intelligence and professional judgment with the ability to navigate complex social and professional situations.
Unwavering discretion integrity and a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Tech literacy with a high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other modern productivity tools.
A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
