We are seeking a highly professional Sales manager (Arabic & English) to be responsible for leading supervising and driving the performance of the brokerage sales team to achieve revenue targets and maintain strong client and developer relationships. His role focuses on sales strategy to close high value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit train and coach sales agents.
- Set individual sales targets and KPIs to the team.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and motivate the team to achieve targets.
2. Sales Strategy & Target achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Assign leads to sales agents.
- Track sales activities on daily basis.
- Ensure monthly and annual sales target are met.
- Analyze and follow up the market sales in KSA.
3. Client & Developer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with developers landlords and key clients.
- Negotiate deals
- Ensure high client satisfaction.
4. Reporting
- prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor ratios lead response time and closing rate.
- Assist with office coordination and workflow management when needed.
Qualifications :
- Mandatory: Bilingual in Arabic and English (excellent verbal and written communication)
- 5years of real estate sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- leadership coaching and motivational skills
- Valid driving license
