What You Will Do:

  • Provide deskside and onsite IT support ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

  • Install configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7 Windows 10 and above).

  • Offer hands-and-feet support for network and datacenter equipment/devices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).

  • Support hardware software and networking-related issues on desktops laptops workstations printers and mobile devices.

  • Provide support for iOS and Android devices including setup and performance troubleshooting.

  • Assist with Windows image build processes and SCCM deployments.

  • Support and maintain Audio/Video (A/V) and conference room equipment.

  • Manage Active Directory user accounts Exchange mailboxes and distribution lists.

  • Utilize remote connectivity tools such as SMS Bomgar WebEx Live Meeting and Windows native tools.

  • Provide smart hands support for network equipment and assist with escalations when required.

  • Deliver excellent customer service ensuring minimal disruption and high satisfaction for end users including VIPs.



  • Requirements

    Technical Skills

    • Minimum 45 years of experience in deskside or onsite IT support roles.

    • Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and related troubleshooting.

    • Solid experience in Microsoft Office and desktop support including both hardware and software.

    • Good understanding of networking concepts and ability to assist with network device maintenance.

    • Familiarity with mobile device management and support (BlackBerry Android iOS).

    • Knowledge of Windows imaging deployment and SCCM processes.

    • Basic understanding of A/V systems and conference room technologies.

    • Experience in Active Directory and Exchange administration.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical escalations effectively.

    Behavioral Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with VVIP and executive users.

    • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation with professionalism and patience.

    • Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.

    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
