Job Title: Junior Lotus Domino Engineer (L1/L2 Support)
Location: Ban/Hyd/Pune (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview/Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for Lotus Domino applications by handling user issues routine incidents monitoring and minor fixes while escalating complex problems appropriately.
Primary Ticket Types Covered:
- User access and role requests
- Application usage errors
- Minor workflow or form defects
- Data clean-up requests
- Monitoring alerts and health checks
- Initial investigation of incidents
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle L1/L2 incidents and service requests
- Manage user access ACL and role changes
- Perform initial diagnostics and log analysis
- Resolve low-risk application and data issues
- Monitor Domino application health indicators
- Support testing and validation of fixes
- Produce clear incident notes and escalation documentation
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues to Senior Engineer
Mandatory Skills:
- Lotus Domino application fundamentals
- Forms Views basic Lotus Script
- ACL and role configuration
- Log analysis and issue reproduction
- User communication and coordination
Explicit Boundaries:
- No replication topology changes
- No security model redesign
- No production data recovery without approval
- No architectural or high-risk changes
