We are now looking for a driven articulate and high-ownership sales professional to join our fast-growing team and help businesses discover the power of Zoho HRMS and CRM.
Your Mission
As our Client Development Manager you will be the first line of interaction between our prospects and the transformative Zoho suite. Your role is a mix of qualifying leads delivering sharp product demonstrations and closing consultative sales that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to leads via phone email LinkedIn and CRM tools
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery
Schedule and conduct tailored product demos (Zoho CRM and Zoho People) Suites of applications
Understand client pain points and map Zoho capabilities accordingly
Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals
Close deals and hand off to implementation teams with full context
Maintain records in Zoho CRM for accurate reporting and forecasting
Track performance against KPIs: meetings booked demos done deals won

Ability to explain tech solutions in simple business language
