Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart and the brand website.

Create and optimize product listings including titles descriptions images pricing and inventory.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing dispatch returns and replacements.

Monitor sales performance customer reviews and ratings to improve brand visibility and conversions.

Handle customer queries related to orders products and deliveries.

Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling across platforms.

Assist in planning and executing online offers promotions and festive campaigns.

Prepare and maintain basic sales inventory and performance reports.

Requirements & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Digital Marketing preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (FMCG / Wellness brand preferred).

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub or Shopify.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:
