An Automobile Company are in search of an HR Executive to initiate and lead our HR & Admin duties. The ideal candidate should be motivated result-oriented strategic in thinking and proactive. The role involves supporting and implementing HR strategies policies and general office administration while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruitment and onboarding systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and evaluations
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws company policies and statutory regulations
- Review and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Handle employee discipline welfare queries benefits and compensation administration
- Assist in initiating and implementing HR strategies programs and process improvements
- Manage workplace grievance procedures and conflict resolution in line with best practices
- Support general office administration and HR operations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or HND in Human Resources Business Administration Industrial Relations or a related field
- 23 years relevant experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment employee relations and performance management
- Ability to support the implementation of HR systems and policies
- Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills
- High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
