Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant AP Capture Support
Seeking a talented motivated individual who can excel in high growth environment. This is a high impact position that will play a significant role in the continued growth and development.
Responsibilities
Support application forms reports and layouts as per customer requirements.
Design implement and maintain customers intranets and secured applications.
Attend troubleshoot and resolve assigned help desk calls ensuring all activities are logged in JIRA / ServiceNow.
Implement and follow operational standards and procedures to maintain system consistency.
Maintain detailed documentation for hardware/software configurations systems and user manuals.
Develop user training materials and contribute to building a comprehensive knowledge base for the support team.
Provide L1 and L2 support including incident analysis troubleshooting and timely resolution.
Monitor Azure environments applications and services to ensure stability and performance.
Support deployment activities and coordinate with L3/Implementation and Development teams during releases.
Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps reporting and addressing build or deployment failures.
Assist in managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker environments including restarting pods or containers as required.
Use Grafana and other monitoring tools to track system performance and raise alerts for issues or threshold breaches.
Run SQL queries for data validation analysis and troubleshooting.
Support Document Intelligence workflows to ensure seamless operation.
Manage OAuth authentication and coordinate with security or admin teams for access-related issues.
Escalate recurring or critical issues to L3 / Engineering teams with proper analysis and logs.
Follow standard communication and documentation practices for all environments.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) reviews and contribute to process improvements.
Provide on-call or after-hours support during production incidents or critical releases.
Be willing to work in shifts as per operational requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shift Window: Rotational- Starts 9 am IST till 3.30 am IST

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Preference to have knowledge and knowledge of F&A
Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience
Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs
Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
Hands-on exposure to Azure Cloud Services Azure DevOps AKS and Docker.
Working knowledge of Grafana or other monitoring tools.
Knowledge on SQL queries and data validation.
Knowledge on MsOffice Tools
Familiarity with Web Services OAuth authentication and incident/change management tools (ServiceNow / JIRA).
Strong analytical troubleshooting and coordination skills.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
