Bruker has a new opportunity for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Shared Service Center. We are looking for a candidate with strong collaboration and communication skills adept at managing cross-functional projects in a global matrix organization.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery applying process excellence techniques for efficient workflows.
• Drive change initiatives and stakeholder engagement gaining organizational commitment and alignment across a matrix environment without direct authority.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities for process or system changes ensuring quality and readiness for implementation.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support end-user adoption and successful process transitions.
• Create and maintain process documentation including SOPs and process maps to standardize and improve business processes globally.
• Communicate effectively across functions and cultures building strong relationships and ensuring clarity in high-visibility settings within an international matrix organization.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field; additional certifications in project or change management preferred.
• 46 years of project management experience ideally in consulting or technology environments with proven leadership in business process-related projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project SharePoint collaborative systems) and methodologies (PMP Agile PRINCE2 PMBOK Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong communication and presentation skills including advanced MS Office Suite capabilities.
• Experience in change management stakeholder engagement and communication planning for large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to design and execute testing activities develop training programs and create process documentation (SOPs process maps).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with adaptability proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously in international matrix organizations.
• Language skills: English C1 required; German is a plus. Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 50%.
