The Position
We are currently looking for a Graduate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will work closely with Chief Financial Officer and Financial Analyst.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing and analysing large datasets to support the production of business insights and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business intelligence and automation solutions using tools like SQL and Amazon Quicksight.
- Collaborate on client reporting tasks including designing reviewing and analysing reports to meet service standards.
- Help manage and optimise data entry processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the Aderant Expert framework.
- Engage with staff and clients throughout different stages of system development and project cycles.
- Support research and implementation of technology-driven service delivery systems and matter management processes.
- Assist in driving change management initiatives including training staff on matter management and client service standards.
- Provide support in preparing reports for senior management and Partners ensuring alignment with client service objectives.
- Any adhoc finance duties as required.
Essential Experience and Criteria
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce (or expected to complete in 2026/2027).
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to meet team requirements.
As a Graduate Financial Analyst with us youll have the backing you need to excel including assistance and resources to pursue CPA or CA accreditation.
