As our In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress you will bring the resorts exceptional culinary and service standards directly to guests accommodation ensuring that every interaction embodies the warmth professionalism and attention to detail that define the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences ensuring every service is personalized seamless and reflective of the resorts luxury standards
• Take accurate food and beverage orders coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely precise and flawless delivery
• Prepare present and clear in-room dining trays with attention to detail adhering to brand presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness organization and proper functioning of all in-room dining equipment and service areas
• Communicate proactively and effectively with the kitchen Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth efficient service and guest satisfaction
• Provide knowledgeable thoughtful recommendations to guests regarding menu selections beverages and special requests
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with warmth professionalism and discretion
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality hygiene and safety consistently following all health and safety protocols

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is desirable
• Excellent command of spoken and written English additional languages are highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused approach and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
