Experienced Service Advisor Bob Bell Chevrolet (Bel Air MD)

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers promptly and professionally
- Gather and record customer and vehicle information
- Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age mileage and vehicle history
- Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers
- Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service
- Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work
- Explain services performed recommendations and charges to customers
Qualifications
- Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor Service Consultant or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy integrity and professionalism
- Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- CDK software experience (preferred)
