Position: Service Manager
Location: Tampa Florida

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional Service Manager that is motivated organized proactive and HVAC experience to schedule dispatch and support our customers while maintaining the daily operations of the Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Dispatch HVAC service technicians for Commercial service
- Prioritize calls based on urgency location and technician skillset
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain real-time communication with field and Account Managers to maintain the highest level of customer service
- Efficiently respond to emails and calls relating to service
- Create and update work orders and assign to the Technicians
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Workload planning and reporting to Management
- Track job progress parts status and completion timeliness
- Support billing and documentation process
- Help manager emergency and after-hours scheduling rotation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dispatch software
- Knowledge of Tampa / West Coast / Central Florida a plus
