Project Manager Email Prioritization Tool Implementation Lead

Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups. This role is responsible for hands-on execution including planning stakeholder coordination training onboarding/offboarding processes vendor coordination issue monitoring and adoption tracking. The engagement is time-boxed and focused on delivering a successful rollout with clear handoff to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the rollout plan timeline and milestones
- Coordinate across IT business leadership operations and vendors
- Execute communications training and change management activities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users
- Track issues risks and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates
- Provide support within the application by adjusting creating or removing rulesDeliverables
- Approved implementation and rollout plan
- Documented onboarding/offboarding processes
- Training materials and communications
- Successful rollout with hands on support
- Adoption metrics and final transition documentation

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams)
- Prior vendor coordination experience
- Experience with excellent customer service/support
