We are looking to hire our next full-time Receipt Verification Associate.

About the Role:

Were looking for aReceipt VerificationAssociateto join our team and ensure the highest quality and compliancestandards for raw materials and finished goods received at our facility. Inthis role youll be responsible for verifying product accuracy inspecting shipmentsfor damage or contamination maintaining GMP standards and documenting allverification activities to support our quality and compliance goals.

If youre detail-oriented dependable and eager to supportlarge-scale manufacturing and logistics projects this role may be a great fitfor you.

What Youll Do:

Verify incoming materials and products against deliverydocumentation.

Ensure all products meet customer and regulatoryrequirements including GMP and FDA standards.

Identify and document any non-conformances deviations oranomalies.

Participate in project meetings and support qualificationand documentation efforts.

Assist in maintaining electronic lifecycle managementsystems for paperless documentation.

Support large capital and expansion projects inpharmaceutical manufacturing.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma GED and 35 years of relatedexperience (or equivalent combination).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and decision-making abilities.

Basic computer skills and experience with inventorymanagement systems.

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe warehousepractices.

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and work on yourfeet in a warehouse environment.

Valid drivers license required.

Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
