Your Role
As a Customer Service Engineer (f/m/d) in DÜS you will be a vital link between first- and second-level support addressing complex service requests with advanced technical expertise. Your role involves troubleshooting issues managing incidents and escalating problems as needed. Key responsibilities include performing hands-on interventions overseeing vendor services supporting migrations responding to infrastructure alerts and occasionally acting as an Incident Manager. Precise documentation and close collaboration with the Data Center Manager are critical to ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
