Brief Description:
Looking for highly motivated and service sales professionals with up to 3-5 years of experience to join our services business team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new products business generation via prospecting qualifying selling and closing services solutions.
  • Sell a full range of services offers requires consultative-selling skills.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in the market unit
  • Sell services to customers focusing on mix and profitability targets
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs
  • Plan organise and implement service contract marketing plan and strategy as well as soliciting new service contract sales to achieve service sales planned
  • Responsible for completing sales cycle from getting the purchase order to receiving payment from customer.
  • To growth service programs and warranty conversion rate
  • Work towards individual and team targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 yearsexperience in service sales or sales career
  • Proven sales track record would be a plus
  • Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical Mechanical or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel
  • Good written and communication skills in local and English language
  • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: UPS PAC Chillers HVAC AHU Smart EC Upgrades Cold aisle containment Energy Optimization and monitoring software solutions.
  • Analytical skill set good presentation skills ability to interact with any level within an organization.
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
  • Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor.
  • Travel is required for meeting customers.
