The role:

Were on the look out for our next Senior Engineer to deliver seamless user experiences and expert technical support across Vector.

Senior Digital Workplace Engineer

As a Senior Engineer youll lead technical troubleshooting mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Escalation point for complex issues
  • Ownership of endpoint policies and workplace tools
  • Project delivery and transition to BAU
  • Mentorship and ticket quality leadership
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement
  • Backup support for frontline operations

What youll bring

Were looking for experienced desktop engineers with:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and emerging desktop tech
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM Intune NinjaOne)
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency
  • Understanding of desktop security principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams meeting room systems
  • Relevant degree or certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience
  • Success in project delivery and process improvement
  • Familiarity with ITIL and incident/change management
