Job Summary

As a Project Engineer you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects across the utilities and infrastructure portfolio. Youll work closely with field teams clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely on time on budget and to technical specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project delivery including schedules resources and on-site teams
  • Reviewing and interpreting designs plans and technical specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with contracts budgets quality standards and health & safety requirements
  • Liaising with clients subcontractors and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements technical solutions and risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications :

About You

You are a technically capable passionate engineer with experience in utilities or civil infrastructure projects. You thrive in a hands-on role enjoy problem-solving and can balance technical detail with practical delivery.

You will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil or related)
  • Experience in project coordination civil infrastructure or utilities delivery
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate designs into practical outcomes
  • Knowledge of project management contract compliance and site coordination
  • Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • A practical solutions-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
