Job Summary
Note: This is onsite role for Bangalore location. Only for Immediate Joiners
The SAP Test Lead/Manager will manage and drive SAP functional solution delivery across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide teams collaborate with customer and internal stake holders and ensure adherence to organizational and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across assigned projects.
- Experience in leading / managing SAP Testing engagements
- Experience in managing testing engagement with different SAP functional modules like SD MM FI
- Collaborate closely with Customer and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure functional alignment.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory: Proven experience in a Manager or Lead role within SAP Testing
- 810 years of total experience in SAP Functional areas (SD MM FI PP or relevant modules).
- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration points.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale SAP implementations.
- Exposure to automation initiatives and ability to partner with automation teams.
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
