Job Summary

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote - Open to candidates in Sri Lanka only

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented professional and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements
  • Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare edit and format correspondence reports presentations and meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings take accurate minutes and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with inbox management and prioritization of communications
  • Track expenses process reimbursements and support basic budget monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records related to expenses invoices and vendor payments
  • Support ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proven experience with basic financial tracking expense control and invoice management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
