Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
At the moment this role is focused on:
As Principal Design Lead B2B Creative youll lead the strategic direction and creative execution of Canvas brand expression for business audiences. Youll guide a team of designers and collaborate with marketing strategists content creators and business leaders. Youll champion design that feels human helpful and high-impact driving scalable brand storytelling that converts and inspires.
Lead Strategic B2B Campaigns: Drive bold insight-led creative campaigns that elevate Canvas brand across business audiences with a key focus on global enterprises.
Shape the Voice of Canva for Work: Translate Canvas brand identity into a distinctive resonant visual language for business audiences across every touchpoint.
Oversee End-to-End Creative Execution: From brief to launch lead the creative process across video digital print and experiential ensuring quality and clarity at every stage.
Tell Stories That Convert: Blend design storytelling and business thinking to create compelling content that drives awareness education and adoption.
Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Partner with product marketers sales teams strategists and creatives to deliver cohesive campaigns and high-impact collateral.
Build and Uplift a B2B Creative Team: Mentor designers focused on B2B content scaling creative excellence and growing team capability through coaching and leadership.
Align Creative with Strategy: Influence stakeholders across marketing and business to align on goals messaging and execution for consistent powerful delivery.
Elevate Creative Craft at Scale: Ensure everything we put into the world from ads to event branding reflects Canvas high creative standards and human-first brand values.
Youre probably a match if
Proven Experience: 10 years in brand or marketing design roles with significant leadership experience in fast-paced high-growth environments. A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of impactful B2B or product-led campaigns is essential.

About the team
The Creative Team is a multidisciplinary powerhouse within the Marketing Supergroup crafting and executing design-led storytelling that scales our brand globally. We bring campaigns content and education to life. This role will be embedded in our B2B Marketing function partnering closely with Product Marketing Sales and Growth teams to elevate Canvas presence across business audiences with a key focus on global enterprises.
