As a Talent & Leadership Advisor youll be a part of the Enterprise Learning Talent & Capability team that empowers our leaders through innovative leadership solutions. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders youll design deliver and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorps talent & leadership strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about talent and leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences and pathways for our people.
What Youll Do
- Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorps strategy managing schedules communications and reporting metrics.
- Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
- Monitor program performance evaluate outcomes and implement improvements to enhance participation quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the delivery of Suncorps talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
- Support the talent management program of work
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning Organisational Development HR or equivalent (desired)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs
- Expertise in adult learning principles group dynamics program evaluation and stakeholder collaboration
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
