Job Summary

Team Red Dog is seeking a Visual Content Specialist for our client a global productivity and collaboration leader to support the evaluation and quality review of AI-generated PowerPoint presentations. This is a creative detail-oriented role focused on visual quality design standards and structured content assessment rather than UX design or hands-on slide creation. Ideal candidates bring strong presentation design sensibilities and a passion for improving AI-generated visual content through thoughtful rubric-based evaluation.

Strong PowerPoint visual quality expertise hands-on experience evaluating slide layout typography color usage imagery and overall presentation craftsmanship.
Visual content curation and assessment experience ability to review creative outputs using structured criteria and provide clear objective feedback.
Design quality judgment and consistency proven ability to apply consistent standards across large volumes of content including AI-generated materials.

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and AI innovation giving you direct exposure to how AI models generate visual content at scale. Youll play a key role in shaping the quality bar for AI-produced presentations by evaluating outputs identifying nuanced design issues and providing actionable feedback that influences future model improvements.

How you will make an impact:
Evaluate AI-generated PowerPoint presentations using defined visual and content criteria
Assess alignment between prompts and outputs including relevance and visual execution
Review design quality layout visual hierarchy and overall presentation craftsmanship
Apply consistent interpretive standards while adapting to evolving guidelines
Identify and flag recurring system or quality issues in model outputs
Document findings and deliver actionable feedback to improve future results
Collaborate with product design and content partners on evaluation workflows

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts Visual Communication or a related creative field
3 years of experience in visual content curation design assessment or creative quality assurance
Strong understanding of design principles layout and presentation best practices
Proficiency with PowerPoint and familiarity with digital content tools
Ability to deliver clear structured and objective written and verbal feedback
