As a Product Service Lead Engineer part of the Plant Systems Europe team you will provide technical issue resolution fleet insights and communications with a commitment to safety quality and urgency ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence to enable the best running fleet.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external customer requests about operational and maintenance issues on the accessories systems thanks to technical product knowledge and analytical skills (ER process).
- Contribute to root cause analysis and engineering investigation activities about fleet critical technical issues (RCA process).
- Prepare technical communications for our customers that provide recommendations on identified technical issues (TIL ETC PSxB process).
- Identify Potential Product Safety issues on customer sites and collaborate with Product Safety team from safety concern identification to the definition of containment and correction.
- Relay non-conformance to other engineering departments as required acting as the liaison between field and design engineering.
- Potentially travel to customer site if required from time to time to support issue investigation or to attend technical discussions with customers.
- Provide engineering technical oversight to the Contractual Services and One Field Services teams during planned outages.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in engineering field
- Strong experience in Design or Commissioning/Maintenance of GE Vernova accessories systems.
- Strong working knowledge of GE Vernova Gas Turbines operational philosophy.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience working in global multi-cultural and matrix organization.
- Data-driven mindset capable of identifying solutions to problems.
- Effective time management and multitasking ability.
- Strong technical aptitude including applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
