Your Mission
As part of a maternity leave replacement we are looking for an accounting and financial reporting professional to join the Finance team. You will be fully integrated into the department to ensure the production of reliable and highquality financial information each month.
Businessoriented you take a step back from your accounting work to facilitate the analysis of the Groups financial performance and that of its subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
General Accounting & Subsidiary Bookkeeping
- Ensure full bookkeeping for one or several Group subsidiaries
- Perform monthly closings: cut-offs provisions fixed assets etc.
- Review VAT declarations
- Prepare payment requests and record banking operations
- Verify cash flows and prepare bank reconciliations
- Monitor and record intercompany recharges
- Reconcile account balances and produce annual closing files
- Act as a key contact for auditors and external partners within your scope (statutory auditors chartered accountants)
Accounts Payable Overheads
- Supervise and review the entry of overhead invoices through the Yooz digitalization tool
- Perform a critical review of supplier balances
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and monthly closing deadlines
Reporting & Performance Management
- Ensure the quality reliability and consistency of financial information within your scope
- Produce and validate the monthly reporting of operational costs
- Analyze variances (budget vs. actual vs. prior year vs. contract) and explain key fluctuations
- Act as a business partner to operational teams for expense monitoring
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Higher education in accounting/finance (Bac2 to Bac5)
- Confirmed experience (minimum 35 years) in general accounting ideally within a group environment
- Strong IT skills: ERP Excel digitalization tools (Yooz is a plus)
- Rigor reliability and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines
- Analytical and synthesizing abilities
