St Vincents Care Services Yennora (locally known as Rosary Village) is a 141-bed facility located approximately 29km from Sydneys CBD.

This is full-time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday.
Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similarrole proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt andaccurateservices including processing and database management.
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG Facilities Master Roster (FMR) and Workday desirable) Client Management and Care Management systems.
Understanding interrelationship between Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and provision of services bySt Vincents Care Services
Certificate/Diploma Business Frontline Managementor Scheduling desirable
High levelof customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
