About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Plant Manager to support and deputize the General Manager in managing overall plant operations at our Arlington TX Electronics manufacturing facility producing Microinverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
The role includes Senior-Manager level responsibilities such as operational planning cross-functional coordination performance management and continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Support the General Manager in managing end-to-end plant operations
- Own plant KPIs related to safety quality delivery cost and productivity
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets
- Oversee SMT PCB assembly electronics assembly battery pack assembly testing and final integration
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Production Quality Maintenance and Supply Chain
- Drive Lean manufacturing 5S Kaizen and productivity improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 EHS ESD and battery safety standards
- Lead internal customer and regulatory audits
- Monitor OEE yield downtime scrap and rework; implement corrective actions
- Lead mentor and develop supervisors engineers and shop-floor teams
- Act as plant-in-charge in the absence of the General Manager
Who you are and What you bring
- Bachelors degree in electrical Electronics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 1015 years of experience in electronics or power electronics manufacturing
- Strong exposure to SMT electronics assembly and testing processes
- Experience with inverters microinverters UPS EV chargers or battery systems preferred
- Prior experience in Production Manager / Operations Manager / Deputy Plant Manager roles is an advantage

The base pay range for this position is $110000 to $167000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience education or training work location and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus equity and benefits.
