We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing healthcare team at a new location. The ideal candidate will have experience working in medical settings including private practice offices. This role focuses on
delivering high-quality patient-centered care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide health education and disease management guidance to patients and families.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and medical imaging as appropriate.
- Accurately document patient encounters using proper medical terminology.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services.
Qualifications:
- Current Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of patient care strategies and health coaching techniques.
- Familiarity with medical imaging processes and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
