As aSr. Manager withinourStore ExperienceTeamyou will lead holistic in-store experience strategies inclusive of signage and product merchandising to drive the business for all cycles. You will develop briefs that synthesize consumerguestand business inputs; inspire through relevant and focused swipe; and that articulate clear actionable deliverables for your team & partners. You will oversee thehigh leveland detailed creative development process of the visual merchandising and signing to ensure that presentations meet strategic & creativeobjectives. You willbe responsible forpreparing forleader alignment reviews which could include physical build out in our mock store or via digital presentations. You will also lead Tier 1 projects specific to your division that fall outside of a cycle.
You will play a key role in the division roundtable as youdemonstratepossibilities within the experience and influence division strategy grounded in the storewide Strategic Framework. You will play a key role partnering with merchant divisional leaders on the product stories and buys grounded in data and the ability to tell clear stories across the floor.
You will create &maintainstrong working relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside the company and be the trusted expert to leadersonyour business. You willbe responsible forcoaching and developing a team and supporting their work. About you:
Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising MarketingDesignor equivalent experience
8 years relevantexperience
VisualMerchandisingexpertiserequired;Marketing experience desired
Proven experience translating business strategy to experience strategy synthesizing data and insights and authoring successful creative briefs
Strong senseof composition and design detail; experienced in rendering with strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including ability to tailor content and communication to a senior-level audience
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complexity amidst ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and lead cross-functional teams internal and external to Target including global partners while advocating for guest-focused solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
