We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the team as a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager plays a crucial role on the sales floor by creating energy momentum and productivity on the sales floor while providing coaching and direction to sales consultants.

Responsibilities
- Works directly with each team member to improve productivity
- Assist in closing deals
- Ensure follow up with unsold prospects utilizing appropriate methods of communication
Qualifications
- Valid in-state drivers license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in a sales role preferred
Pay: $120000 - $180000 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including minimum guarantee commissions bonuses benefits (vacation and sick) etc. Employees in this position will be paid a salary of $70800 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $49200 - $109200 per year based on performance.
