The Growth & Impact (G&I) vertical works at the intersection of government partnerships program strategy product deployment and impact measurement.

As Manager G&I for Madhya Pradesh this role will be the state anchor responsible for translating strategic intent into grounded execution while navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems and ensuring business impact and delivery move together.

This is not a pure operations role. It requires strategic thinking strong government engagement comfort with data and the ability to bridge state needs with product and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager Growth & Impact will play a pivotal role in driving strategic state partnerships identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring that the organisations interventions are designed delivered and measured for meaningful impact. This is a senior role requiring someone who can seamlessly navigate government ecosystems engage senior bureaucrats with credibility and translate organisational vision into state-specific strategies. The person will lead state teams pre-empt delivery risks and keep the operational and business pipelines clear.

Day to day reponsibilities will require the person to:

Build and sustain strong relationships with senior government officials and bureaucrats.
Represent the organisation in strategic discussions and review meetings with state partners.
Understand state education priorities decision cycles and policy environments to align organisational strategy.
Identify and shape growth opportunities across states and thematic areas.
Contextualise interventions to fit state-specific needs and refine them using design thinking approaches.
Collaborate with leadership to co-develop program designs proposals and partnership models.
Lead impact articulation through clear frameworks for measurement reporting and documentation.
Support states in building and executing data-backed strategies for improving learning outcomes.
Ensure program progress and impact are effectively tracked and communicated through dashboards and reports.
Lead and mentor state teams to ensure high-quality execution across workstreams.
Anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks early to keep delivery on track.
Communicate insights progress and impact narratives effectively to both government and internal leadership.

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science or MBA or Masters in Education / Public Policy or related field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in education sector strategy project management or government engagement.
Strong exposure to working with government ecosystems in education.
Prior experience in managing relationships with senior bureaucrats is essential.
Prior experience and understanding of leveraging tech products for social impact or having developed tech products / DPGs.
Proven ability to design and manage education interventions with measurable impact.
Experience in leading teams and managing complex multi-stakeholder programmes.
Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Data-driven impact-oriented and deeply committed to improving public education systems.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
