Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our team in achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services properties and policies

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling appointments

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to company policies to accurately communicate information to customers

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week
