- Processing customer orders payments and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Continuously seeking ways to improve and enhance the customer experience
- Staying up-to-date on company products services and policies to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using computers and various software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
