Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home

Location: Preston
Salary: per annum 7500 welcome bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs Trauma EBD SEMH CSE CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (essential) Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home and deliver exceptional child-centred care.

You will be confident managing all aspects of the home ensuring full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations safeguarding standards and best practice. You will inspire and lead a motivated staff team manage resources and budgets effectively and drive continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a leader who is committed to creating a warm safe and nurturing environment where young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
