Birkwood Village is seeking a detail-oriented people-focused Staffing Specialist to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for new and current employees while helping us maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Post open positions across job boards and recruitment platforms
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with payroll processing and accuracy
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively fill open shifts
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure schedules meet resident and team needs
- Maintain organized records and support HR compliance
