Job Summary
Staffing Specialist Birkwood Village
Birkwood Village is seeking a detail-oriented people-focused Staffing Specialist to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for new and current employees while helping us maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve. Please note that this is an onsite role and team members are expected to report to the facility for all scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Post open positions across job boards and recruitment platforms
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with payroll processing and accuracy
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively fill open shifts
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure schedules meet resident and team needs
- Maintain organized records and support HR compliance
