In this role you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information assist with coordinating reservations and review booking details to ensure everything is accurate and properly documented. You will also provide timely updates track any changes or requests and maintain organized records using internal systems and online tools. Your ability to stay organized and attentive to detail will help ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is proactive organized and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating reservations and confirming booking details
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
Track changes and follow up on requests as needed
Maintain organized records within internal systems

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills
