Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues for employees
- Install configure and troubleshoot computer hardware software and peripherals
- Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and updated
- Manage user accounts and permissions across various platforms
- Assist with network setup and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT team to implement IT projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus
- Certifications in relevant IT areas are preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $87500 - $124000 annually
