Embedded Recruiter (project-based or recurring)
Freelance Recruiter (success-based commissions only)
After an initial review and alignment selected recruiters receive a formal agreement that allows them to operate via represent us in client projects and join our vetted network of collaborators.

As demand grows and our client base expands were looking for recruiters to support us with end-to-end recruitment including:
Sourcing and talent mapping
Candidate outreach and screening
Interviews and shortlist creation
Collaboration with hiring managers and internal teams
Depending on your profile and availability you may work on:
Embedded projects (acting as part of the clients internal team for a defined period) or
Freelance success-based searches (paid only on closed hires).
This is a remote flexible contractor-based role.
Depending on the project type:
Freelance / Success-based:
Commission ranging from 10% to 25% of the recruitment fee per placement
Typical earnings per hire: USD depending on role and seniority
Embedded projects:
Paid allocations for defined periods (project-based or recurring) agreed upfront per client engagement
There is no fixed salary. Compensation depends on placements or project allocations.
You have previous experience as a recruiter (freelance agency or in-house)
You speak fluent English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
Youre comfortable working as a contractor
You value autonomy responsibility and clear agreements
Youre open to joining a long-term talent squad not just doing random gigs
You have real availability (not just 15 minutes a day)
You dislike talking to candidates or hiring managers
You need a fixed salary benefits or a traditional employment setup
You dont like success-based or project-based compensation
You lack empathy accountability or collaboration skills
